How to USe Yoni Steam Seats:
How to use: Boil 3 cups of water. Add yoni steam herbal blend into the water and cover with a lid. Turn stove on low and allow to simmer for 3 mins. Carefully pour the hot water and herbs into the yoni steam seat. Disrobe from waist down and comfortably sit above the seat with your yoni exposed to the steam. The steam should feel warm but not too hot. Wrap a towel or blanket around you from waist down to contain steam. Relax and allow the steam to do its thing for about 15-20 minutes.
